The user simply buckles the two halves together, fills it with sand and then releases the halves to reveal a molded castle. It’s quick, easy to use, family friendly, and the innovation has opened doors for play time on the beach around the world.
The key element in this design is the buckling system. It’s designed to be simple, effective, easily manufacturable, and crosses to all the molding components to make the system not only more efficient but also easier to understand for the consumer.
